## Notice

Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Fire Risk Assessments on such Home group premises as supported accommodation, rented accommodation, offices, Bass properties and leasehold premises (generally all those with a communal area, but on occasions, may be required within single dwelling occupancies for supported accommodation). More specifically, the scope of the premises covered will include (but not exclusively); offices, places of assembly, residential premises, sheltered housing, extra care housing, hostels, single household occupancy ranging from single storey to six storeys, HMO bedsit type houses ranging from single storey to six storeys, two to five storey buildings converted into self-contained flats, single and two storey flats of multiple occupancy and purpose built blocks of flats. The assessors may also be required to complete assessments of new build premises (near to completion) with a view to the assessments being undertaken, completed and sent back to Home Group in good time so that remedial measures can be undertaken by the Principal Contractor before handover/the premises is occupied
