## Notice

Contracts can be called off from the Framework Contract through a mixture of Direct Awards and Further Competitions, if required. In all lots the works will be allocated to the First Placed Contractor based on the scores obtained for Non-Financial Questions and Tender Bid. Provided that the Contractor has sufficient capacity to progress the works in line with DAMHA requirements and that their KPI scores are within the targets specified, they will be awarded the works Additional information: Contract value is estimated and will be reviewed throughout the Contract every 6 months.
