Providers who pass all elements of the selection criteria and meet the quality thresholds by scoring atleast 50% on all of the Technical Questions combined will be included on the cross-borough Spot Provider Framework. The Council has declared the rate for the provision of Care and Support at Home services. The Council has commissioned a Care and Support at Home Service to cover its 4 Locality Areas. In the first instance care packages will be offered to the main Locality Provider / Community Support Provider inthelocalitywhere the person resides. If they are unable to take on the referral the Spot Provider Framework willbeused toallocate work to an alternative approved provider. Providers awarded a place on the Spot Provider Framework for Care and Support at Home will be required to provide care and support services across the locality areas between the hours of 7:00 and 22:00 daily. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is developing a Spot Provider Framework to support the provision ofCareand Support at Home (domiciliary care) across Southend.
