Lot two: To support young people aged 16 and 17, who have been identified as being as risk of becoming NEET, supporting these young people to remain in a positive pathway. For clarity bidders can either bid for lot 1, lot 2 or lots 1 and 2. Also for clarity this tender may be awarded to 2 bidder, 1 bidder to deliver lot 1 and 1 bidder to deliver lot 2; or 1 bidder may be awarded both lots.
