Assessing how services are or are planning to utilise the framework, with a focus on early adopters (e.g. trainers and healthcare professionals that are involved in facilitating and consenting patients for genomic tests). This will include how the baseline level of competence of users is assessed; who the target audience(s) are; and who and what resources are intended to be used to support healthcare professionals to meet these competencies. C.
