## Summary

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is currently seeking tenders for Grounds Maintenance Services across several schools located primarily in the South West region of the United Kingdom. This procurement process is led by The Litmus Partnership Ltd and is in the award stage, having concluded on 5th July 2019. The contract is set for a duration of three years, commencing on 1st August 2019 and concluding on 31st July 2022, with an option for a further three-year extension. Interested suppliers were required to submit their Selection Questionnaires by 1st March 2019, and the total value of the contract is approximately £660,000, with an annual value of around £110,000.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in grounds maintenance, landscape management, and associated services. Companies that have experience servicing educational institutions, particularly those with a focus on innovative and sustainable practices, would be particularly well-suited to compete. The scope of work includes maintenance of grassed areas, sports pitches, shrub borders, and vegetation management, making it an attractive opportunity for SMEs in the horticulture and landscaping sectors seeking to expand their portfolio within the public sector.
