## Notice

This is a Design, Build, Operate & Maintain contract. The design and build part of the contract is valued at PS13,808,712. The operate and maintain part of the contract will involve the management of the leisure facilities at the Contractor's risk but will include an Annual Payment, from the Contractor to the Authority, of PS380,517. Operate & Maintain to run 20 years from commencement of the Service Period anticipated to be 18 October 2021.
