## Notice

Examples of activities include: * Personal care e.g. assistance with washing and dressing; assistance with continence care; assistance with meals * Prompting to take medication * Welfare checks; face to face as well as using technology * Support to access and connect to the local community * Community reablement home care services * Support during the day as well as support at night * Support for unpaid carers * Supporting Customers to access the community
