## Summary

The Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group is procuring a new contract for Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services aimed at providing employment support for individuals with severe mental health issues in Tower Hamlets, London. This procurement falls under the open procedure and is currently at the planning stage. The contract, valued at £2,040,000, is expected to commence on 1st April 2020 and will run until 31st March 2025. The tender period concluded on 13th December 2019, and a bidders' event was held on 22nd November 2019 to address any questions from potential suppliers.

This procurement presents significant growth opportunities for businesses, particularly those specialising in health and social care services focused on mental health support. Organisations that can demonstrate experience in delivering employment assistance or training for individuals with mental health challenges would be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. The emphasis on inclusion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) further enhances the potential for diverse bidders to participate in this tender.
