Individual Electoral Registration (IER) day to day processes - including the printing and enveloping of Household Enquiry Forms (HEFs), Invitations to Register (ITRs), and any other forms required for IER as required by the Council, such as Household Notification Letters (HNLs). b. Annual Canvass and other work connected to IER - including the design and printing of HEFs, ITRs, and all reminders as required. c. All Elections and Referendums - including poll cards, ballot books, tendered ballot books, complete postal vote ballot packs.
