The workshop should be delivered under the Windmills licence held by HEE WM. Principles The course will need to: * Incorporate theoretical and practical elements i.e. brief presentations, group discussions and practical exercises * Be relevant to F1 doctors in training and to the Foundation Curriculum (2016) * Be evaluated by the learners and a certificate of achievement awarded on successful completion of the course * Be provided by an established provider in the delivery of similar courses * Provide access to course materials and/or e-learning resources The course must be delivered as 20 one-day sessions with 20 delegates per session.
