## Notice

In March 2018 a retaining wall to the rear of the chalets failed which resulted in the upper section of wall collapsing and significantly damaging the beach chalets. A Consultant is required to: * Prepare and submit a planning application to rebuild the chalets. * Design the replacement chalets on a like-for-like basis to those that were lost and procure a Principal Contractor to undertake the works. * Undertake the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
