The Council is looking to set up work programmes for delivering minor adaptations works within the Dudley Borough and potentially for use by other contracting authorities, could include any of the following; the provision of minor adaptations that could include but would not be limited to bathroom grab rails, external grab rails, small ramps and steps, alterations and fitting of internal and external lights, new light switches and plug sockets, slabbing, tap replacements, replacement WC and WHB as requested by an Occupational Therapist. For this project, Dudley MBC have adopted Constructionline and PAS 91 Questionnaire.
