The Contractor will prepare and produce under the title "The Manx Law Reports", printed hardbound and electronic media editions of law reports of - decisions of the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man, - decisions on points of law in a Court of General Gaol Delivery, and - decisions of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on appeal from the Isle of Man external decisions which have a direct impact on the laws of the Isle of Man (e.g. European Court of Justice, European Court of Human Rights and the English Courts) - decisions of the Summary Court of the Isle of Man - verdicts of the Isle of Man Coroner of Inquests - decisions of other Isle of Man Courts - given in the period 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2026 ("the Reports"). The Reports will be published in 10 hardbound volumes and in electronic media format.
