Where more urgent complex mental health and emotional wellbeing needs or crisis support is required, the service will ensure this this is provided quickly and effectively, as the Children and Young People (CYP) are supported into services that can meet their needs. Contract will commence on 1 April 2021 and be for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend for a further period up to, but not exceeding 4 years (2 years + 2 years) at the sole discretion of the Commissioner.
