VisitBritain/VisitEngland needs to understand how to build consensus on releasing value from the existing data landscape. Moreover, there is a need for an integrated approach to releasing the value from data. To address this problem, we plan to initiate 3 pieces of work. We need to understand how the business and sector needs have changed in light of COVID-19, a baseline of our existing capability and architecture and an options appraisal and roadmap for a future best in class platform that leverages the power of data and analytics. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
