We envisage that Lift Off will provide the chance for selected innovative SMEs to meet with and present their products and services to a panel made up of Heathrow and our largest supply chain partner organisations. The participating SMEs will have opportunity to connect with Heathrow and key players in our supply chain. In addition, SMEs will also potentially be able to take part in relevant tenders and win business opportunities following up the event. SMEs chosen for each Lift Off event will be allocated with 25 mins for presentation and Q&A. At Heathrow, we are committed to materially reducing the impact of aircraft noise on our neighbouring communities- recognising that this is not only an operational responsibility, but a critical component of maintaining trust, supporting quality of life, and enabling the long-term sustainability of the airport. The Quieter Neighbourhood Support (QNS) programme is a central pillar of this commitment, delivering targeted, property-level interventions that directly improve the lived experience of residents most affected by noise.
