The required service is to include, but not be limited to: * The repair and maintenance of communal aerial systems * Undertaking service visits and inspections * Submitting reports * Replacing or repairing relevant equipment * Responding to emergency calls * The arranging of appointments with tenants * Co-ordination with SCH for appointment making It is anticipated that the Contract shall commence on 1st April 2017. The proposed term of this Contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend, subject to performance, by up to a further 2 twelve month periods. The Contract value is estimated at PS30,000 per annum. The successful contractor is to be selected through a formal tender process. In order to be considered for the award of the contract, contractors must register on the electronic tendering portal at www.csw-jets.co.uk , express an interest in this tender and complete the tender documents.
