## Notice

Lot B - Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support who have a learning disability and either lives within their own home or a supported living environment. Lot C - Adults aged over 18 and children who meet the criteria for NHS funded care (Continuing Health Care for adults and Continuing Care for Children) Lot D - Children who meet the eligibility for funded support (excluding those who sit within lot C) Additional information: A bidders event will be held on the 26th June at NHS Southampton City Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Commissioning HQ, Oakley Road, Millbrook, Southampton, SO16 4GX from 2pm - 4pm. Bidders must confirm their attendance prior to the event via the e-Sourcing portal.
