## Summary

The Metropolitan Police Service is seeking to establish a "Construction Professional Services Framework" to provide multi-disciplinary construction-related professional and technical services. This procurement process is currently complete, following a selective procedure with an award value of £50,000,000. The framework is set for a duration of 48 months, with a potential 12-month extension. The contract is primarily located in the Greater London region and covers services categorized under architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services. Key dates include the start of the contract period on 15 January 2018 and its conclusion on 14 January 2022.

This framework creates significant opportunities for businesses specialising in construction-related professional services, including architecture, engineering, and project management. Companies that are well-suited to compete include medium to large construction firms, engineering consultancies, and architectural services providers, particularly those with experience in public sector projects. Additionally, there is an invitation for SMEs to participate, allowing for a diverse range of suppliers to engage and potentially grow their market share through collaboration on various lots within the framework.
