## Notice

Cornwall Council is testing two types of hydrogen electrolysers fitted to Cornwall Council and CORMAC fleet vehicles. In order to fully appraise the performance of the electrolysers, Portable Emission Measurement System (PEMS) testing will be required in order to test the baseline and operational emissions.
