## Notice

Investing in Hudson Quay with renewable technology is a strong demonstration of our commitment to net zero. The reduction of energy use at HQ will have a significant impact on the direct emissions and our net zero 2035 emissions target The project is to be managed and fully billed to Thirteen by a Principal Contractor. As part of the management responsibilities of the Principal Contractor, they are to coordinate the supply & installation new roof mounted photovoltaic installation as detailed within DTA's Scope of Works. The new electrical services shall be provided and installed, as indicated on the drawings as part of the planned works and are the ultimate responsibility of the Principal Contractor.
