## Notice

The Supplier will provide advice and assurance to ensure the Department has the right structures and capabilities within its finance function to ensure it can deliver its core responsibilities and improve customer satisfaction including: business partnering, financial planning/strategic finance, financial accounting, delivery of the Annual Report and Accounts (ARA), management of outsourced elements of the P2P process. We need to ensure that the finance function is up to the challenge posed by a fast-changing and internationally facing department. This will be achieved by ensuring that we understand and respond to customer demand, address lessons learned from previous fiscal events (including the from the 2018 ARA) and that we fully embed best practice from across industry.
