## Notice

This will be a call off contract where the required services will be ordered if there is a requirement. There is no guarantee of work within this contract. From first initial identification of a potential animal damage (primarily badgers): * Ecologist contacted and meeting arranged to assess the site. * Ecologist will determine if full survey is required, to include CCTV survey. Survey and results can take up to a month depending on contractor availability. Number of days to undertake a full survey can be site specific and will be agreed in advance. Depending on level of activity, a licence to interfere with animals (primarily badgers) may be required from Natural England. This is dependent on a full ecological survey and method statement of works being submitted.
