The structure of the procurement may also favour innovative providers who can offer diverse solutions within the multiple categories defined in the framework. ## Notice Dec 2020 Re-Opening of the Gloucestershire Health & Social Care Services Framework, previously opened in Dec 2019. **The 2020 opportunity to join the framework opens on 30th November 2020 and all tender responses must be submitted by 22nd January 2021 at 10am.** This procurement will set up a pseudo framework agreement to provide health and social care across Gloucestershire for domiciliary care, and community-based support services for adults and children (where regulations allow), with a learning disability, physical disability, autism and/or a mental health condition, through several different frameworks. The framework is divided into 6: - supported living non complex, - support living complex, - children and young people with disabilities (floating support), - forensic, - domiciliary care, and domiciliary care complex. The services required under this procurement will fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements. The Council will follow its own modified version of the framework process described under Regulation 33.
