The contract will be for an initial period of five years and after this time the contract may be extended for further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council. The tennis provision must reflect the highest quality and delivery standards and a community-focused programme, so that the Operator will maximise the potential capacity of the borough's tennis courts.
