Curo also needs to comply with Decent Homes 2010 and beyond, and to be ahead of the rising need for Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Our Home Improvements programmes include kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors etc. fall into one of the 29 categories and we will be failing the customer and authorities if we fail to renew these. The HHSRS rating states that ourInvitation to Tender The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 4 years plus an extension of 1 x 4 years, followed by a final extension of 1 x 2 years (both subject to satisfactory performance). Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
