Their experience should cover the following: *Governance - Includes strategic organisational change; environmental sustainability (non-capital elements e.g. new policy on greening) *Financial planning and management - Includes business planning; investment readiness (social investment) *Asset transfer - Includes Community businesses *Income generation - Includes fundraising from private sources; Marketing and PR; Trading and Licensing; Catering and venue hire
