Support under this programme will be delivered to key developing country negotiator groups, including the Least Developed Countries (LDC) Group, the African Group of Negotiators (AGN), Alliance of Small Island (Developing) States (AOSIS), the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) and the High Ambition Coalition (HAC). PwC and the alliance will deliver: * Technical, legal, capacity building and logistical support to key negotiating groups and developing country climate negotiators. * Programme management. * Collation and dissemination of learning and evidence on barriers to effective participation in the negotiations. Additional information: BEIS Called Off in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement for "Grants and Programmes Services", Contract ID RM949 which involved undertaking a mini-competition across the framework suppliers during Autumn 2017 and a contract was awarded in December.
