NPH are also looking for a contractor to clean the offices they occupy at Westbridge Depot, St James Mill Rd, Northampton NN5 5JW, as well as a number of Community Hubs located within the town. The contract is divided in to two lots - Lot 1 is Cleaning and Caretaking Services, Lot 2 is Office and Community Hub Cleaning. The contract will include the following * The cleaning of the internal communal areas of housing blocks * The cleaning of any furniture in communal areas, particularly in Older Persons accommodation. * Ensuring that the external communal areas are kept clean, litter & detritus free * Specialist cleaning to some other individual schemes including those housing elderly residents, Older Persons Accommodation and those in need of extra support * Some ancillary cleaning and other associated duties * Other site based tasks which may be carried out on a regular basis to certain properties (changing light bulbs etc.).
