The provider will have the capacity and capability to undertake collation, mapping, analysis and modelling of the energy opportunities across the whole tri-LEP geography, for power, heat and transport. The provider will underpin this process with thorough stakeholder engagement across the public and private sector to ensure accuracy and ownership for implementation of the strategy and action plan. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
