Within the main offices, the space used by departments and officers is inconsistent across the building. Therefore, the purpose of the SFS is to investigate and assess options for SCDC to re-configure the layout to improve space utilisation. The work that is required will call for a mixture of space utilisation, architectural, quantity surveyor, risk, environmental, mechanical & electrical engineering expertise. This may comprise of a single firm or multiple firms with a single firm acting as the lead and other suppliers brought in on a sub-contracted basis.
