Expected to open in early 2026, the centre will feature cutting edge research and industry partnerships from the Centre for Future Clean Mobility CFCM, University of Exeter and the University of Plymouth. Designs include flexibly designed innovation workshops and offices to enable businesses to undertake sector-leading R and D. The objectives of the Monitoring and Evaluation role, will be to track and assess the outputs, outcomes and results of the project for the core Levelling Up Fund Monitoring and Reporting requirements as well as tracking wider implications on aspiration and pride of place.
