The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; * Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations * Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property * General building works * Associated external works Site Visits All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on Wednesday 27th March 12.45 - 2.00pm. It is an open house and no appointment is necessary.
