The contract period spans from 2nd December 2025 to 28th February 2026.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), involved in construction consultancy and feasibility studies. The focus on leisure and community centre development means that businesses with expertise in architectural design, structural and MEP services, and environmental planning will find suitable avenues for growth. The comprehensive requirements outlined in the tender, including technical site surveys, outline designs, planning consultations, and performance specifications, make it an attractive proposition for firms experienced in project execution within the leisure and construction industries. Alliance Leisure Services Ltd, identified as the supplier, exemplifies the type of business well-suited to this opportunity, highlighting potential for similar enterprises to engage in future projects that contribute to regional development and community engagement.
