## Notice

There are only two suppliers for the manufacture of lab-scale prototype (PI-KEM and TMAX). I have obtained a quote from both companies (inc. shipping) for the necessary equipment which have been included in section 8. PI-KEM is a UK distributor (USA manufactured) whereas TMAX is a direct manufacturer based in China. Due to both the ease of procurement through a national agent plus the greater assurance of both delivery time and product quality through a trusted supplier, we would request dispensation for PI-KEM to ensure that project deliverables are achieved within the required timeframe.
