Remedial works to boiler room ceiling. Roof maintenance and minor repairs. Mortar repairs. Render repairs. Window maintenance ease and adjustment and sealant works. Renew glazed curtain walling to stairs. Plaster repairs External decoration works. Curtilage cleaning works. Additional information: Bristol City Council are seeking quotations from qualified and suitable contractors to carry out external repairs & Chalcroft House in the Ashton Gate area of Bristol.
