The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider for the provision of this service. Designated locations are listed in the specification. Term of Contract The concession will be for 3 years from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2023. Value of Contract Operators will provide a cost for the concessions and price will be awarded on the bidder whose proposal represents the highest bid.
