The intention is to provide access to the other Black Country NHS Trusts, via a single contract with RWT. A business case is currently in progress for this. The immediate requirement is for 20,000 licences to fulfil the requirements of RWT, but should the business case be successful, the requirement will be for 100,000 licences.
