## Notice

Each property must have: * ground floor accommodation for one tenant with an en-suite wetroom. * two further bedrooms/accommodation that must be built or refurbished to supported living plus specifications including doors, radiator covers and a wet room to accommodate tenants with ASD/challenging behaviour. This accommodation may be upstairs. * staff en-suite sleep-in accommodation
