The Employer requires the provision of the following: * Development and submission of all the necessary surveys and reports, as they are described in the conditions of the planning permission documents; * Asbestos & demolition survey; * Demolition of the existing garages and site clearance; * Redevelopment of two separate sites within the north of Cambridge and construction of a total of 10 new affordable units for rent as follows: * six 2-bed and one 3-bed houses at the sites located at Cameron Road/ Nuns Way * three 2-bed houses at the site located at Wiles Close * Construction of associated rear gardens and parking spaces for each house; * Construction of two new public parking courts, one at Cameron Rd/Nuns Way and another one at Wiles Close. * Making good of the public areas around the sites that will be affected by the works.
