Please note as there is multiple occupation of the building on the same and different floor levels access to carry out the works internally may be restrictive if required and the contractor needs to take this into account within their programme. Please note all or any part of the works stipulated within the Schedule of Works will be subject to budget availability and therefore may be required to be completed at different stages over the contract period specified.
