## Notice

This will be achieved by delivering cookery courses as both demonstrations and lessons to and with parents and carers. The Provider shall: Deliver healthy living objectives, food preparation and budgeting in the current financial climate through cookery demonstrations Specifically teach participants to cook a healthy dish in a hands on way, where applicable. Signpost parents to "graduate" activities i.e. referral to walking groups. Signpost parents to healthy lifestyle programmes
