The booking system for Short Breaks will need to be accessible during the following times: o 24 hours 7 days a week o Monday to Sunday (up to 52 weeks per year) o Including UK Public Holidays Service Providers will be able to make online enquiries if there is a fault or support is needed. With queries being responded to within five working days. The Council proposes to enter into Contract for a period of 3 years from 21st July 2024 to 20th July 2027 (with an option to extend for two further periods of 2 years each making the possible contract term of 7 years, with the successful tenderer (Service Provider).
