The aims of the service are: - to assess applicants and students' health conditions specifically in relation to their work placements during their course, - to provide immunisations if appropriate, - to provide a medical opinion of any support or adjustments the applicant or student requires from the University in order to fulfil the course and placement requirements of their course. The University has implemented the service on 1.4.2019 The duration of the contract is initially 2 years, with the option to renew for successive periods of one year, up to a maximum term of 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance and costs.
