## Notice

The services required will include Undertaking food hygiene inspections, risk rating businesses, awarding food hygiene ratings where appropriate, completion of relevant forms, and submission to the Council's Divisional Environmental Health Officer. Individuals proposed to provide the services should have the following key skills, experience and qualifications: Higher Certificate in Food Premises Inspection, as a minimum. EHRB registered. Microsoft Word Competent Experience in undertaking food hygiene inspections Current driving licence and access to a vehicle Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
