The Works comprise of the following specific elements/areas: -road resurfacing to a section of UoS owned road at Glen Eyre Halls -internal refurbishment of circulation spaces (corridors, lobbies, stairs) within Hartley Grove blocks B and C and replacement of storage heaters with electric panel heaters in circulation spaces and kitchens -internal refurbishment and alteration of staff break spaces in New Terrace T, Hartley Grove B and Chancellors Court (Jellicoe)
