The provider will work closely with the East Sussex Growth Hub - Business East Sussex (BES) - and will receive referrals of businesses from BES who would benefit from intensive support. The provider will also need to undertake their own marketing and engagement activities to onboard further businesses to the programme that would benefit from intensive support. The provider will deliver a package of support to these individual businesses, to include a diagnostic of individual business needs (primarily using GROWTHmapper) to evidence what 1:1 and other direct support should then be given to the business as part of the package. The provision of the package of support is the direct responsibility of the provider.
