This will now be a joint procurement between The London borough of Sutton and The London Borough of Merton with Sutton Leading the procurement process. Additional information: The contract may be modified under regulation 72(A) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, to allow the London Borough of Merton to join the contract and/or receive an arboriculture maintenance of trees service for Merton Council from the contractor appointed at the conclusion of the procurement.
