Each session will be no longer than 45minutes and consist of a presentation and question and answer session.The presentation should include; showcasing of your document design and graphic services, reference your understanding of the variousnotices issued to Council Tax and Business Rates debtors, reference to nudge theory, suggested amendments/improvements to our payment reminder notice (to make clearer and more customer friendly) and examples ofwork undertaken with other Local Authorities and the outcome. The meeting will consist of a panel of staff thatare representing, Council Tax, Business Rates, Benefits and Systems Services. Deadline for interest is the 20/09/19 or when all slots have been filled as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The Council intends to procure in early 2020, but makes no guarantees that this PIN will result in a procurementas requirements may change.
